The premises are to occupied by the approved bookings only. Tenants may not sublet premises. Tenant may not have additional guests without Host Approval and under no circumstance may the total occupants exceed seven (7) persons.

LATE FEES In the event rent is not paid by the due date, Tenants agree to pay a late charge of $50.

CLEANING FEES If Hosts discover any evidence of smoking, vaping or any illegal substance use on the premises, the Tenants will be charged a non-fundable $300 cleaning fee.

UTILITIES Tenants agree to responsibly use the utilities on the premises. Excessive use of the air conditioning unit, water and electricity will result in additional charges.

LOSS AND DAMAGES Tenants are responsible for all lost, stolen or damaged items on the premises during the term. Tenant is responsible to report all damages to Hosts immediately.

 Tenant agree to abide by the HOUSE RULES which include:

• No smoking.

• No pets allowed.
  No parties or events.

• No touching Vecna, The Christmas Lights, the vines on the walls or the upside down particles

• Tenants are responsible for covering the cost of any lost, damaged or stolen items, including but not limited to: furniture, props, appliances, hardware, and structural components of the property.

• Follow all check-in and check-out instructions which are provided by Hosts.
